DESCRIPTION
MS-320 MS Polymer is a non-solvent bonding adhesive based on silane-modified polymers. It is a water-absorbing curing product. The cured adhesive has high strength and elasticity and excellent bonding performance to materials such as glass, ceramics, stone, concrete, and wood. It can be used for bonding various materials.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Pollution-free.
2. Excellent adhesion to all surfaces in all conditions, including wet substrates.
3. Can be painted immediately.
4. Extremely high strength.
5. Fast curing.
6. Good mildew resistance, color stability, weather and UV resistance.
MAIN USE
1. Sealing and bonding in the building and construction industry.
2. Strong elastic bonding in Vibrating constructions.
3. Sanitary ware applications, including sealing of floor joints.
4. Insulation of terrace roofs and balconies.
5. Sealing and bonding for facades, roofs and woods.
6. For old-based bitumen problematic insulation.
7. For asphalt and concrete floors.
8. Sealing for autoclaved lightweight concrete panel, calcium silicate board and insulation integrity board.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.
2. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
3. Cut seal on top of cartridge. Screw on nozzle and cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired size and extrudes sealant to joint areas.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
5. Do not simply lay a bead on the surface as the sealant will not penetrate the joint under its own weight.
USE TIPS
1. The bonding area must be dry, clean, firm, and free of floating sand.
2. Dot or line coating can be used, and the adhesive should be pressed hard during bonding to make the adhesive spread as thinly as possible.
3. The adhesive should be bonded before the surface of the adhesive forms a skin. Note that the skinning time will be shortened at high temperatures, so please bond as soon as possible after coating.
4. Use in an environment of 15~40°C. In winter, it is recommended to place the adhesive in a warm place at 40~50°C before use. In hot weather, the adhesive may become thinner and the initial adhesion may decrease, so it is recommended to increase the amount of adhesive appropriately.
5. Can not use in exterior curtain walls or explosion to sunlight.
