MS-360 PU Sealant

DESCRIPTION

MS-360 PU Sealant is a one component polyurethane sealant for windshield glazing and construction industry. Reacts with moisture in the air to form a kind of elastomer with high strength, aging, vibration, etc. It is widely used for joints the front, back and side glass of the cars and construction application.

MAIN USE

1. Specially used for windshield and side & back window glass bonding for bus, car, railway vehicle (metro, high-speed rail), ship, spaceflight, engineering machinery vehicle, carriage and other special vehicle.

2. For glass steel and plastic accessories (the front, roof and side body of car).

3. For metal, plastic, and glass which requires high tensile strength and elasticity, the bonding can bear high mechanical deformation force.

4. Joints in a wide variety of construction applications.

5. Sheet metal seams, ventilation ducts and gutters sealing.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

Tool: Manual or Pneumatic Plunger Caulking Gun

Cleaning: Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating.
For Cartridge

1. Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size.
2. Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle.
3. Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength.
For Sausage

1. Clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun. Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun.
2. Using the trigger to extrude the sealant with equal strength.

USE RESTRICTIONS

1. Do not use in structural application.

2. Do not use in the manufacture of Insulated Glass (IG) Units.

3. Do not use when substrate temperature is above 40℃ or surfaces that are plasticizers, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.

4. Do not use for painted surfaces, otherwise may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint stripping.

5. Do not use for sub-graded application, confined space or surfaces that require post finishes or paintings.   

6. Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.

7. Not for permanent or continuous water immersion.

8. Not intended for food-contact applications.

COLOR

White, black, grey and other colors based on customer's requirement.

PACKING

It is available in 300ml aluminum cartridge and 24pcs/ctn, or 590ml sausage and 20pcs/ctn.

TRANSPORTATION

This product is transported by non-dangerous goods.

STORAGE

1. Keep in dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep away from moisture, sun, high temperature and avoid collisions. The storage temperature should be 5-25℃ and the humidity ≤ 50%RH.

2. When stored at the temperature of 5℃-25℃ in the original unopened container, it has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture.
