MS-218 PU Foam

DESCRIPTION

MS-218 PU Foam is a premium quality and excellent performance Polyurethane Foam. It is specially designed for wooden doors, windows and doors installation. It is a high yield product with very good hardness. The evenly smooth bubbles and adhesion guarantee the stability while installing.

CHARACTERISTICS

1.   One component, ready to use.
2.   Processing temperature (can and environment) between +5℃ to 35℃.
3.   Optimum processing temperature between +18℃ to +25℃.
4.   Range of temperature resistance of cured foam is from -30℃ to +80℃.
5.   Non-toxic.

MAIN USE

1. Application where fire retardant properties are required.

2. Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames.

3. Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities.

4. Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction.

5. Bonding and mounting.

6. Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes.

7. Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation.

8. Packaging purpose, wrap the precious & fragile commodity, shake-proof and anti-pressure.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shake the aerosol can for at least 40 seconds.

2. Clean and moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.

3. Fit the gun or plastic applicator on the adapter. When installing the gun, it should be tightened to avoid air leakage.

4. Firmly screw the can on the adapter and turn the flow adjustment screw.

5. Fill the holes and cavities.

6. Bottom up during application. Foam will be tack-free in about 10 minutes.

7. Excess can be trimmed in about one hour.

8. Fresh foam can be removed by using foam cleaner or acetone.

9. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATION

1. Do not breathe spray or vapor. In case of eye contact, flush with water and get immediate medical attention.

2. Use in well-ventilated areas.

3. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles.

4. Keep away from direct sunlight and do not expose temperatures over 50℃.

5. Do not burn or pierce even after use.

6. Keep away from heat, sparks, flames and static electricity.

7. Turn off sources of ignition (pilot light etc).

8. Keep out of the reach of children.

TRANSPORTATION

This product is transported by dangerous goods.

STORAGE

1. Keep in dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage. Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.

2. When stored at the temperature of 5℃-25℃ in the original unopened container, it has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
