MS-518 Acrylic Sealant

DESCRIPTION

MS-518 Acrylic Sealant is a one component, paintable and flexible, mildew resistant acrylic sealant formulated for sealing of gaps and joints where slight movement or vibration causes conventional, non- elastic fillers and putties to crack and fall out. It had good adhesion to most porous surfaces without primer and is economy yet environmentally friendly that can be cleaned up with water.

MAIN USE

For caulking, sealing and decoration uses in waterproofing, gap filing, wood frame joints, doors & windows sash, drywall, plaster, marble, tile & brick works, paint sealant for interior works.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.
2. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
3. Cut seal on top of cartridge. Screw on nozzle and cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired size and extrudes sealant to joint areas.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

USE RESTRICTIONS

1. Unsuitable for permanently flexible sealing, for cars or spaces where wet conditions exist, e.g. aquaria, foundations and swimming pools.
2. Do not apply at temperature below 0℃.
3. Be not fit for continuous immersion in water.
4. Keep out of reach of children.

COLOR

White, black, grey and other colors based on customer's requirement.

PACKING

It is available in 300ml disposable plastic cartridge and 24pcs/ctn, or 590ml sausage and 20pcs/ctn.

TRANSPORTATION

This product is transported by non-dangerous goods.

STORAGE

1. Acrylic Sealant is sensitive to frost and must be kept in tightly closed packing in a frost-proof place. Keep in dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.

2. When stored at the temperature of 5℃-25℃ in the original unopened container, it has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
